These years cookies where less ambitious, in that i did not do the iceing that was so messy and stressful, last year. Reasonably successful, although the second batch of gingerbread was much more chewy (I forget the teaspoon of baking powder). Spanish almendrados, hazelnut buttons, Gingerbread people. 2 batches of each. 400+ cookies! Love you Elicia.
