False Positives
Google Local, and new definitions.
Posted under Uncategorized, on Thursday, February 3rd, 2005;Google Local, Google’s search engine for locating neighborhood stores and services, based on zip (or postal code) or the name of a town or city, is now a tab on the Google Home page.
Still marked as “Beta”, and only searches for locations in the United States and Canada. Content is still rather sparse for local stuff here in Northern Americas capital city.
Also Google is now using Answers.com for definitions, rather than Dictionary.com.
