Designed and then Build with Ruby on Rails 2.3.5 , MySql 5.x, Blueprint CSS framework, jQuery JavaScript, and Rails Gems (TinyMCE, PaperClip, ACL9, AuthLogic).

resolved problems with CSS and IE 6 for a new web site, as well as other minor problems.

contracted to build Spa Intranet Portal, a web based portal for the world wide Spa division, using jQuery javascript, Blueprint CSS, on top of Lotus Notes Domino R8.5.1. Also trained IT staff developers on the use of jQuery and BluePrint CSS.

Secure Hotels Financial application: a Lotus Notes (R8.5.1) based work flow to exchange sensitive financial information (including Excel and Essbase ) with Four Seasons properties world wide.

Senior Managers Human Resource Review and Incentive application: A Lotus Notes (R8.5.1) based application used by head office management to review performance and set incentives for senior personal in all Four Seasons Hotels around the world

Worked with senior executives to capture the business vision as requirements, design and code to deliver a multilingual (i18n) web based workflow that securely allows Advertising and Media organizations (>1949 registrations) to present direct marketing offers to consumers.

Developed Architecture for system, supervised development, wrote and reviewed code. Acted as de facto Notes Domino Administrator.

Team Leader in development of the secure B2B exchange, built using Lotus Domino R7, HTML, JavaScript, AJAX, Cascading Style Sheets (CSS), LotusScript, and DB/2.

Modification of an existing critical Lotus Notes workflow application to enhance is processing and usability with the use of Javascript and CSS (Cascading Style Sheets).

Explored the integration of Treasury Requisitions with international SWIFT Banking system over an MQ (Message Queue) system.

Worked with internal SunLife Workflow and Collaboration Development Group to build various R6.5 Lotus Notes applications, including:

new workflows for Storage Team, Flex Time Management, and other groups;

Mail Spacing Reporting (for 36 production mail servers and +17,111 mail files) used for charge back and mail system monitoring;

enhancements to the Group Benefits Client Billing system, adding new charge codes and improving robustness;

Modifications to the Canadian and US Cash Accounting Transaction Tool & Bank Account Input Tool (SOX related);

Adding or correcting document level security to various shared documentation databases.

Brand Manager Web Site : A Marquee intranet content management solution for Fours Seasons Marketing department. coordinated with Brand Marketing department, and internal IT, to build their first intranet site used in all Four Season properties for brand purposes.

Static, graphic, mockup’s (from an outside agency) were transformed into a dynamic application. Content is maintained by marketing staff using Lotus Notes R5 client. Resulting Domino R5 Web site uses LotusScript, Lotus Formula Language, HTML, CSS and JavaScript to display an easy to use and dramatic site with +200 documents, and +150 pieces of collateral material (PDF, Logos, Word templates or power point presentations).

Produced an interactive user guide for end users with Microsoft Power Point.

Document Management System Proposal

Wrote a detail proposal for Four Seasons Home Office senior managements consideration, including initial marketplace survey, detailed project plan, Return on Investment analysis.

Working with Design and Media Agency ICE (www.iceinc.com) to build for the Celestica Sales and Marketing division a Sales Central – A portal for Celestica World wide Sales and Marketing related collateral (expect to be 900 documents initially).

Build for Lotus R4.5 Client and Server to allow Celestica to update material for over 150 sites worldwide. Content is added in the Notes Client and is available on local server websites using standard browsers (Internet Explorer or Netscape), HTML, and JavaScript.

Moved Sales Central portal to R5 in April 2003. In July 2005, trained IBM India staff to do application support. October 2005 Moved to R6.5, added DHTML menus, and other changes.
