Tiny (400k) download. Indexes Outlook (Express), AIM, IE, Word, Excel, Powerpoint and text files. Runs on Windows 2000 and XP only.

Very weird doing a google search and seeing the resuilts of your desktop search. (not bad, just weird). Missing: mozila mail; Lotus notes data; images; mp3 ad other audio; Open Office files; pdf’s!!!. Is it just chance that it focus’s on Microsoft formats?

It’s a very Google world !! I’ve got Gmail and notifier, Adsense, Google Blog (Blooger) and now Google Desktop search.
